What can I actually track with Axis?

You don't pick a preset routine. You tell Axis what you want to understand — sleep, energy, symptoms, food, stress, hormones, medications — and it sets up the right trackers, a journal, a weekly recap, small experiments, and gentle reminders. Start with one thing. Add, change, or remove anything, anytime.

Do I have to count calories?

No. Calorie counting stops most people before they start, and it isn't how Axis works. Snap a meal photo or describe it in a sentence — Axis logs what's relevant for your goals (protein, sugar, water, mealtime) without making you do math.

Does Axis sync with my cycle?

Yes. Axis tracks cycle phase, factors hormones into your patterns, and quietly nudges you the week before PMS so you can take it easier on yourself. If you're peri- or post-menopausal, it adapts — there's no "default cycle" assumption.

Does it use my age and health history?

If you want it to. Axis can use your age, what you've already tried, and any history you share to focus on what's most relevant for the 35+ life. Anything you share stays private to your Profile and is never used for ads or sold.

Do I have to plan everything myself?

No. You can pick a ready-made plan to start, write your own, or skip planning entirely and just track. Each Sunday Axis offers a small plan for the week ahead — accept it, change it, or ignore it. The point is that the system fits you.

Can I tell Axis about chronic conditions or medications?

Yes — and the more you share, the more precise the assistant Axis builds. Chronic conditions, medications, dietary needs, lifestyle constraints all shape your routines and dashboards. Anything you share stays private to your account. Never sold, never used for ads.

Will Axis recommend supplements or training plans?

Axis offers starting suggestions for movement, training, and supplements based on what you've described and what's worked for women in similar situations. They are not medical advice. Always run new supplements, medications, or significant exercise changes by your doctor.

Is this a medical product?

No. Axis is a wellbeing app, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. Any health insight is surfaced as an observation, not a conclusion — with a clear disclaimer. For anything medical, talk to a qualified professional.

How is my data protected?

Your data is encrypted, stored on secure infrastructure, and never sold. You can export everything you've tracked, or delete your account and all associated data, at any time — right from settings.

What does it cost?

Free at launch to download and get started. A premium tier will unlock advanced features and longer data history — available as a monthly or annual subscription, cancellable any time in iOS Settings. Waitlist members will be the first to know about pricing.

Which iOS versions are supported?

Axis runs on iOS 16 and later, on iPhone and iPad. An Apple Watch companion is on the roadmap.

Is there an Android app?

Not yet. We're focused on making the iOS experience great first. You can join the Android waitlist from inside the app.

What if Axis can't do what I'm asking?

If you ask for something that doesn't exist yet, Axis will suggest the closest working option and log your request for us to review. Every unmet ask shapes what we build next.
